I Robert Weaver of Ashton Keynes in the countye of Wilts Husband man beinge sick and weak in bodye but yet in sound & perfect memorye I thank God doth make and appoynt this my last Will and testament the 21st daye of Februarye in the year of the reign of our sovereign Lord James by the grace of god King of England France & Ireland Defender of the Faith for the xviijth and of Scotland the viiijth 1620.
First I giveth and bequeth my soule into the hands of Almighty God my maker and redeemer by whose (merritorious) death and passion I hope to be saved and my bodye into the earth from whence it came in Christian burial when it shall please god and as for my worldly goods wich god hath lent me I give and bequeath them in manner found following: Item I give unto my daughter Elizabeth iij li in moneye and one dark graye mare the iij li to be payed within one year next after my deceasse by my Executrix and the mare to be delivered att the first of Penticost next after my deceasse and my best kittell or (ch)altherme after the deceasse of my wife: being my Executrix: Item I give unto my Sonne William Weaver one Red mare cowlt being two years old and one graye gelding cowlt being three years old and one ____ cowlt being a year old & of a dark graye couler: to be delivered within one year next after my deceasse by my Executrix: Item I give unto my mother and my Sister Agnis Weaver ijs vjd a peece to be payed within one year next after my deceasse by my Executrix: Item I make and appoynt my wife Elizabeth my whole sole Executrix of this my last will & testament to see all my debts disscharged & my bodye to be orderly brought to earth from whence it came in Christian buriall when it shall please god and do I give for all things unbequeathed both moveable and immoveable: Item I make and appoynt Mr Richard Ferris of Ashton Keynes & John Hathawaye of the same with my Overseers of this my last will & Testament to see all things to be performed according to the true intent or meaning her(of)
