Will and Affidavit – Admin was granted to executors James KELLAWAY and daughter Molly (wife of Colan) RICHARDS.

Marked by Molly wife of Colan RICHARDS Miner of Calstock.

WILL
1) Give and bequeath to Son James Kellaway, the Dwelling House orchard and Garden in village of Latchley – which he now occupies – and orchard and Garden (Scrabs Hill), the saw pit Garden and the Pear garden (Latchley Green) and 2 fields he now doth hold belonging to me – all to be kept in tenantable repair, and to go to his wife if she should survive him, and to descend to children if they should have any.

2)Give to Molly RICHARDS my daughter the two dwelling houses now occupied by Collan RICHARDS and myself in Latchley Village and a Garden (the western part of Scrabshill) and the little Garden (Slipper garden) and the lower part of the Garden called Latchley Green and 2 fields or closes of land situate near Cocks Park.

3)Give to Mary Opie 1/–

4) I make my son James and daughter Molly Richards my executor and Executrix.
